All prices shown on the website are incl. VAT and other taxes, and the prices are daily prices (The price at the time of ordering is the applicable price for the purchase).

When you have placed an order on b-atelier.dk, you will receive a confirmation via email. Should you not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, you should contact us via our contact form. When we ship your order, you will be notified in a new email.

Should it unexpectedly happen that you have ordered one or more items that are not in stock, you will be contacted by us so that we can come to an agreement on how this should be handled - for example, give you your money back or help find a similar item.

We offer delivery from DAO , with both home delivery, business addresses or parcel shop.

Return

When you shop at B-atelier, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the day you receive the item.

If you have received an item, but want to send it back, you must report it through our contact form.

After you have registered your return, you have 7 days to send the item. REMEMBER receipt for dispatch, as B-atelier does not take responsibility for lost mail (this is a matter that must go through the shipping company).

For returns, B-atelier only accepts unused goods, with unbroken packaging. Items with any signs of use will not be returned.

You bear the risk for the goods from the delivery of the goods, and upon return you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packed. In addition, the return costs accrue to you, but in case of exchange, shipping of the new, exchanged goods is covered by b-atelier.

Complaint

In accordance with the applicable sales law, a 2-year right of complaint is granted on all products at b-atelier. Our right of complaint covers any defects in material or manufacture.

Depending on the specific situation, you have the option of getting the item exchanged, getting your money back or getting a price reduction.

Please note that the right of complaint does not cover errors or damages that occur as a result of incorrect handling/use of the product.
